All our products — including 3D-printed steering wheels and accessories for sim racing — are handmade or made to order and may show minor variations from the photos shown on the site (color, texture, or finish may differ slightly due to the 3D printing process and monitor display settings).
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or restrict sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.
Our steering wheels and related sim racing products are designed for use with PC/console racing simulators only. They are not intended, tested, or certified for installation or use in real vehicles.
If we offer downloadable digital files (such as 3D-printable design files) alongside physical products, those files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial manufacturing unless expressly agreed with us in writing. Digital files are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed.
5. Taxes
Displayed prices include or exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. For orders within the European Union, applicable VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery country. For orders shipped outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or additional bank charges incurred; these are outside our control and not included in the displayed price.
6. Order and Account Accuracy
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or for fraudulent purposes. We sell to private individual customers only, unless a separate wholesale agreement is in place.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your physical goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to downloadable digital content once it has been delivered, if you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.
Custom-made or personalized items may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal, as permitted under applicable consumer law.
10. Warranty
Physical products purchased from us are covered by a 2-year legal warranty, as required under EU consumer protection law, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended purpose (e.g. installation in a real vehicle).
